Upsy

Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026

1. What Upsy is

Upsy is a wake-up app: it rings real system alarms and asks you to complete a physical or mental challenge to end them. By using Upsy you agree to these terms.

2. It's an aid, not a guarantee

Upsy is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Alarms can be affected by device settings, low power modes, iOS behavior, or bugs. You remain solely responsible for waking up for anything important — flights, exams, work, medication. Do not rely on Upsy as your only safeguard for critical events.

3. Physical challenges — be sensible

Challenges include physical exercise (push-ups, squats) and moving around your home. Only do them if you're physically able; stop if anything hurts. Place your phone safely before exercising, and never use Upsy while driving. You take part in challenges at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions

5. Acceptable use

One subscription covers one Apple account. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service, and don't use Upsy in any way that breaks the law.

6. Changes

We may update Upsy and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use Upsy after changes means you accept them.
